How We Help You

If you have been left partially or completely unpaid for a job, then this is Crediter is perfect for you. We buy unpaid invoices from our customer at a price after checking the risk and viability, before following up on the debtor in court. This essentially ensures you always receive a certain amount of payment for your work, even when your debtor is unwilling to cooperate. Once we have assessed both the financial standing of the debtor, and the legitimacy of the contract that you and the debtor have entered into, we can then purchase the invoice from you and pursue the debtor in court through litigation

Our services

Quality Services, Competitive payment to you, Vast Experience

Debt sale

A debt sale essentially refers to when a lender sells the debt it is owed from an invoice. We are happy to purchase invoices which are not being paid back from customers, which will allow these customers to receive a certain percentage of the money they are owed, rather than simply writing the entire invoice off as a loss. In addition, we also offer upfront cash payments when we purchase a debt from a lender, meaning you can receive partial payment for your debt immediately from us.

Debt recovery

After purchasing a debt from one of our customers, we then pursue the debtor and try to find a solution in which they can pay this debt back over a certain period of time. We will only feel that we need to involve legal systems such as the courts if the debtor is not cooperating with us and is not willing to accept any of the payment solutions we offer. However, once it is clear that this is necessary, we will bring the case to the attention of the court.

Litigation Finance

The finance required for the litigation of a debt repayment case is completely covered by us, and therefore the only payment we receive is from customers. Our high levels of both experience and quality allow us to offer the best debt purchasing service available to customers, and we wish to continually grow and improve this service for years to come. Due to our high levels of skill and expertise in this area, we have an incredibly high success rate in our court cases with the of internal & external counsel.

Why not debt collectors?

Essentially, we feel our service is much more straightforward and hassle free, while also being cheaper than enlisting the services of a debt collector. This required payment for the court and litigation before paying the debt collectors fixed fees and additional fees after they are successful. Additionally, this process can last for up to a year before the customer receives any payment before which the debtor can continue to evade their debt in many ways including by shutting down their company. Alternatively, with our service the customer receives payment within 48 hours, and from then on they do not have to worry about the debtor, as they have already been paid and we will be the ones taking the risk.

Why Choose Us

Quality Services, Competitive payment to you, Vast Experience

Our vision is essentially to allow any business with a difficult debtor situation to find an easy and straightforward solution, without having to risk losing any of the money that they rightfully deserve to receive. We feel that through cooperation, creativity, and innovation, there is no debt problem we are unable to solve.

We wish to not only solve customers’ debt problems, but also to form strong relationships between ourselves and our customers, as well as between our customers and their debtors, and essentially create an industry of strong businesses that can work together to build value in the modern world.

We offer a debt purchase service in which we buy unpaid invoices from our customers before following up on the debtor and attempting to find a solution in which the debtor can repay the debt over a certain period of time. If this is unsuccessful, then we will bring the legal system into play and attempt to convince the debtor to make the debt payment using the court system. This essentially ensures that our customers can always receive fair payment for their work, even when the debtor is unwilling to cooperate.
Barristers and solicitors often charge highly expensive fees for a service that may not even give you exactly what you need. For example, some solicitors can charge up to £300 for a one-hour consultation. While this may give you access to a high-quality solicitor, there is only so much they can do in a one-hour window. Alternatively, we will never charge you expensive fees, as all of our legal fees are covered by our business, while you will also receive a solution to your debt issues immediately from us. This is because we are happy to purchase your outstanding debt from you immediately and even pay you a percentage of the value of the debt as an upfront payment. Hence, not only will you be free from expensive fees, but you will actually receive payment from us.
One of the most beneficial aspects of our service is our upfront payment feature. This allows our customers to receive a certain percentage of the value of their outstanding debt as an upfront payment from us. Not only does this allow you to receive a cash payment from us immediately, but it also allows you to receive some of the debt that you may have previously written off.

There are many values that are hugely important to us and this can be seen in everything we do as a business. Some of these values include transparency and trust, as we feel our customers need to believe in us and our ability in order to feel truly comfortable working with us. We also have a high emphasis on the values of sustainability and efficiency, as we want to give our customers the best possible services in the quickest and most straightforward way we can.

Once you have agreed to sell us your debt, we will then work with you to generate a payment plan which is suitable for us both. After we pay the initial upfront cash payment, we will then plan to pay you the remaining amount in regular intervals over a certain period of time. This essentially allows you to receive the debt you may have previously written off, while you do not have to bear any of the risk previously involved.

Lawyers will often simply tell you the exact legal entitlements you have and leave you with that, however our teams are made up of economists, businesspeople, customer service employees, and many others, as well as our trusted solicitors. This allows us to look at your debts from a different perspective and find solutions that a team purely made up of lawyers may never have considered. We offer your debtor various solutions and different ways in which they can repay their debt, while if this is unsuccessful, we also have the legal knowledge and expertise to bring the case to the courts.

Essentially, we feel our service is much more straightforward and hassle free, while also being cheaper than enlisting the services of a debt collector. This required payment for the court and litigation before paying the debt collectors fixed fees and additional fees after they are successful. Our approach is as straightforward as possible in order to ensure there is never any confusion between ourselves and our customers. Once we have purchased your debt from you, we will then begin to plan the way in which we will attempt to obtain the money owed by your debtor. While we will be the ones doing the work, we will always provide you with regular updates and information on the ways in which we are approaching your debtor, as well as any progress we make in receiving the money owed. In addition, if you have any specific requirements for us in any part of our interactions with your debtor, we will always be extremely accommodating and fulfill these requirements as best we can.

Another highly attractive feature of our service is the speed and efficiency with which we operate. We understand that debt issues are something that all businesses want to resolve as quickly and easily as possible, and therefore we will never waste anyones time with anything that is in any way unnecessary or overcomplicated. Once we receive the necessary paperwork from you, we will always begin proceedings within 48 hours.

Our team of professionals is also equipped with a high level of experience which it has generated over years of working in the business debt industry. Not only does this make us a highly reputable option for any business looking to sell their debts, but it also ensures that we have the capabilities to deal with any debt repayment issues that may arise.

Quality is something that is hugely important in everything we do in our business. Hence, we ensure that every customer we deal with is given the best possible treatment and receives only the highest quality service, including any specific requirements they may have.

SOME FEEDBACK

What Our Clients Are Saying

What makes us great

About Créditer

We are a highly efficient and effective debt purchase business with a strong emphasis on customer care and service. Not only do we offer to buy any debts you may wish to sell, but we will also give you a percentage of the value of these debts as an upfront payment. This essentially allows you to receive a cash payment immediately after selling your debt to us.

When faced with a debt or debtor that is giving you difficulties, your first instinct may be to involve a team of lawyers, however this is not always the best move. While lawyers will tell you the exact legal entitlements you have, our teams are made up of economists, businesspeople, customer service employees, and many others, as well as our trusted solicitors. This essentially allows us to look at your debts from a much wider perspective and generate a solution that is achievable and beneficial for all parties involved. We can come up with various methods of resolving the issues your debtor may have, while we also have the necessary legal expertise on our side if it is required. This combination of skills, qualities and attributes allows our teams to always give customers exactly what they are looking for. Some of our most attractive features include:

We purchase from you the unpaid invoices that you have given up on and for which you no longer expect to receive anything. We then fund our own pursuit of the debtor through the court system. This essentially means you receive the full payment you are entitled to from the debt, and we take on all the risk of the debtor failing to make the full payment. Regardless of how successful we are in obtaining the debt payment from your debtor, you will still receive the agreed payment money from us, meaning you will never have to write off the entire amount of the original debt as a loss.
Most law firms nowadays will charge large amounts for their time and work, with some solicitors charging up to £300 for just one hour’s work. We do not feel you should have to pay this much money just to attempt to receive payment of a debt that you have the right to receive anyway. Hence, we take on the legal cost of pursuing your debtor, and therefore you will never be subjected to any fees or charges after you receive the fair payment for your debt.
In our legal pursuit of your debt, we always want to remain as respectful and professional as possible towards your debtor while always ensuring the protection of their brand is prioritized, and therefore we will ensure you are happy with our plan of action before we begin any legal processes. If your debtor is uncooperative and refuses to pay the amount owed in the extrajudicial phase of the court system, then we will always stop to consider how likely they are to agree to make the payment in the judicial phase before we proceed. Our respectful but firm attitude and approach towards your debtor will continue throughout the court system process.

FAQs

This is a relatively new service that is not yet offered by many companies, however we feel it is important that small and medium-sized businesses have an effective way of dealing with bad debtors. While they will not receive the full value of the invoice, we will purchase the invoice a percentage of this, meaning the customer will not have to simply write off the entire invoice as a loss.
Invoice finance is generally only provided on new invoices, however our service provides cash payments for invoices that have been overdue for long periods of time and are no longer expected to be paid by the debtor.
Many businesses are unwilling to enter the field of customer debt, however our team of experts has generated an efficient and effective debt purchase method that is beneficial for both our customers and our business.
This service is generally targeted towards tradespeople such as builders, electricians, and plumbers, however we also work with business-to-business invoices in various product and service sectors.
We are willing to purchase invoices of up to six years old, once the correct contracts or documentation of agreement can be provided.
We will only ever be unable to provide cash for an invoice if the debtor is insolvent, deceased, has a valid quality complaint, or if the invoice is more than six years old.
We offer businesses a certain percentage of the value of the invoice as an upfront payment, which will generally depend on the credit rating of the debtor and the age of the invoice.
No, you will never be required to repay additional cash even if we are unable to recover the full payment from your debtors.
This will not be a problem as long as these invoices are all worth a minimum of £1,000 each.
This will not be a problem as long as these invoices are all worth a minimum of £1,000 each.

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable request to us through the Vertafore Solution(s), directly to Customer Support, or through your MyVertafore account.

Only you may make a verifiable request related to Personal Information that we collected from you or your users through the Vertafore Solution(s). You may make a verifiable request as the individual that the Personal Information is about (the user) or on behalf of an individual whose Personal Information you have provided to us through the use of the Vertafore Solution(s), in such a case you must provide the verification of that individual and it will be limited to your instance of the Vertafore Solution(s).

You may only make a verifiable request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period per individual. The verifiable request must:

Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are either i) the person about whom we collected Personal Information or ii) an authorized representative which inputted the Personal Information into the Vertafore Solution(s).
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you or an individual about which you inputted Personal Information in the Vertafore Solution(s).

We consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account.

We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to ninety (90) days in total), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

We will deliver our written response to the email address identified on your account with us.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the Personal Information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We will charge a fee for professional services to respond to a request that could have been handled without direct Vertafore involvement (meaning by a user of the Vertafore Solutions(s)). If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. Such work will be performed at Vertafore’s then-current rates for professional services.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any Personal Information rights. Unless permitted by applicable regulations, we will not:

Deny you goods or services.
Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

The safety and security of your Personal Information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Vertafore Solution(s), you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information transmitted to, through, or by the Vertafore Solution(s). Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the Vertafore Solution(s).
